How long does delivery take?
7 to 15 business days in total: up to 10 to print and stretch your canvas, then 3 to 5 in the mail. For Christmas, order by Thursday, December 3.
What if it doesn't look like my pet?
Try another style or another photo before you order; you can make up to three free previews. After you order, we repaint it free before it's printed, up to three times.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where their face fills a good part of the picture. The original from your camera roll works better than a screenshot. Odd angles are fine; that's what we're here for.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes. Upload one photo with all of them in it. Each pet after the first adds $15, and three or more pets cost $30 extra in total.
What sizes are there?
16 × 20 in ($89), 12 × 16 in ($69), 18 × 24 in ($109). Every size is a stretched canvas, ready to hang.
Is it painted by a person?
No. An AI model paints the portrait from your photo in the style you pick. A person checks every order before it goes to print.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to make your portrait, and never show it publicly without asking you. Details are on our privacy page.
